Purpose:

3GL vertical screw pump for conveying temperature ≤ 150 ℃, the viscosity of 3-760cSt, solid particles, non-corrosive, with lubrication performance media.

Applicable pressure range :0.6-2 .5 Mpa;

Applicable flow range :0.6-123m3 / h.

Vertical screw conveyor is mainly used in fuel, hydraulic engineering, marine engineering, petrochemical and other industries.

Applications:

1, the medium is linear continuous conveyor, no mixing, no pulse.

2, small vibration, low noise.

3, high pressure and high efficiency.

4, simple structure, easy disassembly.

5, small size and light weight.

6, minor wear and long life.

Structure:

Generally use mechanical seal. Pump through the claw coupling driven by electric motors. Overhang from the spindle to the pump, the clockwise rotation.
